BrightNode is currently seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for our expanding operations in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong.
We are at the forefront of tokenomics and tokenization, enabling businesses to leverage the advantages of the decentralized web.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of our local presence in the Dubai – Singapore – Hong Kong markets. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to leverage your expertise in web3, blockchain, tokenomics, and tokenization, to deliver innovative solutions and foster partnerships.
Responsibilities:
– Identifying and qualifying new business leads interested in BrightNode’s services.
– Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within the local ecosystem.
– Participating in local community events and activities to boost the company’s presence and visibility.
– Developing a deep understanding of our services to facilitate client presentations and sales.
– Collaborating with the CEO and Head of BD, Asia and MEA, on strategic plans and improvements.
Qualifications:
– Based in Dubai or Singapore or Hong Kong.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
– Proven track record in web3, blockchain, tokenomics, tokenization, NFTs.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a willingness to work on a performance-based contract.
– Strong networking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Tokenomics Expert (Remote)
Job description
BrightNode is a professional business consulting firm based in Switzerland with a strong global network, focused on blockchain and token related projects.
BrightNode is looking for a Tokenomics Expert who can support our team.
The Tokenomics Expert must be very knowledgeable about the token economics, in order to best support and create value for the Client’s projects with accuracy and passion.
The ideal Tokenomics Expert has exceptional economic, mathematical and analytical skills. She/He has the ability to work on several types of Tokenomics: NFTs, GameFi, SocialFi, Metaverse & Land, DAO.
You will support the BrightNode team and participate at Client’s meetings. You are autonomous and able to manage a Tokenomics alone, if required.
Requirements:
- Previous Tokenomics experience in successful token projects.
- Analytical skills and deep understanding of token economic dynamics.
- Excellent knowledge of the crypto market: projects, tech, players, stakeholders, institutions.
- Flexible, autonomous and results oriented.
- Solid background in the crypto industry.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively.
- Obsessed with details and data and constantly thinking about how to make things better.

Crypto Community Manager (Remote)
Job description
BrightNode is a professional business consulting firm based in Switzerland with a strong global network, focused on blockchain and token related projects.
BrightNode is looking for a Community Manager who can support our Client’s token project, growing the online presence on Social media and chat platforms: Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit.
The Community Manager must be very knowledgeable about the cryptocurrency industry in general and promotion of token projects in particular, in order to best support and create content for the Client’s community with accuracy and passion.
The ideal Community Manager has exceptional oral and written communication skills. She/He has the ability to develop engaging and unique content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills. You should also possess the ability to moderate community conversations.
You will act as the face and voice of the Client’s token and the management of crypto community communication.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a full-time token community management role in the USA, Europe, or Asia.
- Previous experience as manager in successful crypto community that lead to important crowdfunding ($500k+).
- Deep familiarity with the crypto world, tokens, NFTs, and blockchain technology.
- Active in the Crypto communities on Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively.
- Obsessed with details and data and constantly thinking about how to make things better.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the token ambassador to a wide variety of online communities.
- Create community growth strategy with clear KPIs centered around user growth, engagement, and retention.
- Foster the growth of communities by creating incentives, programs, and virtual events.
- Create content calendar to facilitate a more streamlined approach to distributing content across platforms that include but are not limited to Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and others.
- Engage with the specific blockchain community.
- Maintain and evolve project’s token voice in all social-facing formats, from posts to comment responses to DMs.
- Provide additional content creation support to the Management as needed.
- Solid project management skills and ability to identify goals, prioritize tasks, and execute on quick timelines.
- Ability to work quickly on developing strategy, content, and execution when there is a timely trend to join.
