Pixelmon aims to create a virtual metaverse where you can connect with friends. At the same time, you can battle, train and bond with your Pixelmon while constantly exploring the unknown. Pixelmon reached out to BrightNode to seek help with their Tokenomics strategy. This required expertise and experience in building robust Tokenomics frameworks. It also entailed an in-depth understanding of gamer and community behaviour in the gaming and NFT space. Most notably, Pixelmon is revolutionising the gaming ecosystem with its innovative Right-of-Game mechanism that redistributes part of the IP royalties back to OG NFT owners. This model aligns interest between investors, players and creators within the Pixelmon ecosystem. The in-game DAOs support this system by acting as coordinators and promoters of the game; needless to say, the governance token distribution is central to this model. The Pixelmon Game has a full markeplace where web3 players can trade in game assets, and a full stack of NFTs for the main in-game assets (including land, tools, skins, weapons and Pixelmons). As a result, players can own, trade and participate in the overall development of the game economy.
