BrightNode and Polity: An Innovative DeFi Marketplace

Polity Case Study

Polity approached BrightNode to optimise and implement a comprehensive strategy for their project.
The main challenges were related to key project areas: Tokenomics, Financial Model, Marketing Strategy and Go-to-Market.

The client | Polity

Polity Network is a DeWealth B2B2C marketplace where Providers, Merchants, Developers, Investors and Operators are Polity Network participants. Polity offers its technology and services to Providers, who are professional and, where required, regulated, crypto market participants.

These Providers (e.g. Advisors, Managers, Experts) may, in turn, bring their customers, individual and institutional Investors, to the Network. Merchants are invited to onboard Polity marketplace to offer their products to the Providers and Investors. Polity will be open for individual Investors to join on a reverse enquiry basis. These Investors will be free to choose their Network Service Providers (“NSPs”). Polity will not engage directly with Investors or provide any services to them.

Polity Network will be supported by the Operators who will validate transactions and provide administration services to the Network. Most Operators will also offer NSP services. More info: polity.li

BrightNode’s contribution

Tokenomics: BrightNode initiated an in-depth analysis of Polity’s token structure. Through industry research and advanced analytical models, we reviewed Polity’s tokenomics, ensuring a fair and sustainable token distribution, utility, and overall economy. Transparency and fairness in tokenomics became the foundation for engaging the community and building trust.

Go-to-Market: BrightNode reviewed and proposed recommended solutions for a Go-to-Market strategy for Polity to ensure a seamless transition from development to market. This included detailed documentation on how to reach the self-directed investor market through a token launch and identifying the most effective channels to reach their target audience.

Financial Model: BrightNode restructured and updated Polity’s financial model. We included a dedicated section for the valuation of Polity’s tokens, considering several variables and scenarios. This allowed the client to make informed decisions about financial resource management and provided a solid forecast for the future. Our approach enhanced financial transparency and project sustainability.

Marketing Strategy

BrightNode collaborated closely with Polity to support their Marketing Strategy, emphasising rewards and content dimensions.

BrightNode charted out comprehensive plans for pre-launch and the token launch phases. Furthermore, the strategy integrated innovative contests and incentive systems to acquire Polity’s early adopters. The culmination of these efforts was the production of a Marketing Strategy Report, encapsulating the journey from Pre-Launch to Token Launch.

Marketing Report excerpt – Introduction Summary:

In Stage 1 of the marketing strategy, the primary objectives revolve around engaging and incentivizing crypto-native speculators across various platforms.

Key goals include:

  • Reaching and engaging this audience where they are most active.
  • Offering rewards, contests, and informative sessions such as AMAs to attract and educate potential members.
  • Establishing a community hierarchy where active and informed members receive additional benefits.

Key platforms identified for this stage include:

  • Telegram: A vital tool to establish a robust crypto-community presence.
  • Discord: Recognized as the primary platform for crypto projects due to its real-time, community-centric nature.
  • Twitter: Leveraged for its vast user base and real-time interaction capabilities, primarily via Twitter spaces.
  • LinkedIn: A platform to keep the broader finance and crypto communities updated.
  • CEX-owned streaming platforms: Essential for introducing the community to the Polity team and project.

Methodologically, the approach was guided by:

  • Growth Funnel Methodology: A strategic narrowing of potential investors to actual investors.
  • Flywheel Methodology: A strategy where potential investors drive the project’s momentum through three phases – Attract, Engage, and Delight.

The ultimate outcome for this stage will be a successful Polity ITO, accounting for a significant volume of the overall marketing strategy.

Client Feedback:

The Polity Team has expressed their appreciation towards BrightNode for effectively implementing the proposed strategies. Their positive feedback underscores the benefits of a cohesive and integrated approach in addressing project challenges, paving the way for sustainable long-term outcomes.
